Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage International.
Estimated delivery time:

USPS Ground Advantage International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, your order will be refunded and restocked. We do not reship items.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel, modify, or reroute the shipment.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to limited product quantities, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We are unable to process exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.
Refunds will only be considered in the case of a verified carrier error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
